Terms of service

These terms of service apply to cleaning services provided by CleanLiving Oy (Business ID 2759902-5) to private individuals and businesses in Finland. By ordering a service you accept these terms.

1. Service

We offer cleaning services including residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, window cleaning, sofa cleaning, yard cleaning, snow removal, office cleaning and construction cleaning. The detailed scope of each service is described on the relevant service page.

2. Booking and confirmation

You can place an order via our website, email or phone. We send a confirmation of the order details before the service begins. The order is binding once confirmed.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted excluding VAT (ex. VAT) unless stated otherwise. Applicable surcharges (e.g. travel, supplies) are listed in the quote. We invoice after the service with a payment term of 14 days.

Private households may claim the Finnish household tax deduction (kotitalousvähennys) on the labour portion (up to 35%, with a personal liability of €150 / year, capped at €2,250 per person / year).

4. Cancellations and changes

Schedule changes and cancellations are free of charge when notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Inside the 24-hour window we may charge in part or in full for the allocated time.

5. Liability

We work with care and accept liability for direct damages caused by us, within the terms of our insurance policy. Liability is limited to the service fee, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.

Customers are asked to disclose valuables, delicate surfaces and special requirements in advance.

6. Feedback and complaints

If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will review the matter and agree on next steps.

7. Keys and access

Key handover and storage is agreed in writing. Keys are stored securely and returned at the end of the service agreement.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation first, and consumer disputes may be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
