Fresh colour residue nearly always lifts off. For old, set-in stains we give an honest assessment, and advice on avoiding them in future.
The most common rhythm is 2-5 times a week depending on size and client volume. A small salon is often fine with three visits a week.
Yes, we bring our own eco-friendly products and all the equipment needed, with no extra charge unless the service card mentions otherwise.
Schedule changes are free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside the 24-hour window we may charge in part for the allocated time.
