Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how CleanLiving Oy (Business ID 2759902-5) processes personal data to deliver its services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection legislation.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact details: name, address, email, phone
  • Service details: booked service, property size, schedule
  • Billing data and information needed for the household tax deduction
  • Website usage data and cookies (see separate cookie policy)

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process personal data to deliver the service contract (contract), for invoicing and accounting (legal obligation), to manage customer relationships and improve our service (legitimate interest).

Marketing communications are sent only with consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to manage the customer relationship and meet our statutory obligations. Accounting records are retained for six (6) years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Finnish Accounting Act.

5. Sharing data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g. invoicing, email marketing) to deliver the service. All partners are committed to GDPR-aligned processing.

6. Security

We protect personal data with technical and organisational safeguards. Our systems are secured with passwords, encryption and access controls.
