- Tiles, grout, floor drain and toilet, thoroughly.

- Vacuum, mop, skirting, doors and switches.

- Wiping and sweeping included in the price.

Yes. We follow the standard end-of-tenancy checklist, and if anything is flagged at inspection we come back and take care of it quickly.
Yes, move-out cleaning is done after the moving van has left, so every surface and cupboard can be cleaned without obstruction.
We invoice you the full amount. You then claim up to 35% of the labour portion on your own tax return (up to €2,250 per person per year, with a €150 personal liability).
Schedule changes are free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside the 24-hour window we may charge in part for the allocated time.
