The sweet spot is between getting the keys and the moving van arriving, an empty home is faster and more thorough to clean.
Move-out cleaning serves your old home and the landlord; move-in cleaning serves your new home and you. The scope is similar, with extra focus on cupboards and the surfaces you’ll touch first.
We invoice you the full amount. You then claim up to 35% of the labour portion on your own tax return (up to €2,250 per person per year, with a €150 personal liability).
Schedule changes are free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside the 24-hour window we may charge in part for the allocated time.
