Households in Finland can deduct a portion of home-based service costs from their taxes. We invoice the full amount; you claim the deduction directly on your tax return.
The kotitalousvähennys applies to work performed at home, including regular cleaning, window washing, move-out cleanings, yard work and snow removal.
The deduction is up to 35% of the labour portion, capped at €2,250 per person per year (€150 personal liability). The Tax Administration confirms eligibility on your annual return.

Most home visits in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa include travel. Outside the metro area we’ll mention any travel time before booking.
Yes, schedule changes are free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside 24 hours we may charge for the cleaner’s allocated time.
Commercial jobs are quoted per scope, we look at floor area, frequency and any special requirements. You get a fixed-price proposal.
