We set it aside neatly and return it after. The clean is short enough that the cold chain isn’t broken.
Yes, odours usually come from the drain channel or seal grooves, which is exactly why both are standard parts of the service.
We invoice you the full amount. You then claim up to 35% of the labour portion on your own tax return (up to €2,250 per person per year, with a €150 personal liability).
Schedule changes are free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside the 24-hour window we may charge in part for the allocated time.
